Dr. Michael A. Callan DDS, MS

Michael (Mike) Callan is a full time Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinic Director at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. Prior to his full time appointment, he was full time private practice for nearly 30 years and a Visiting Clinical Professor in the Iowa Orthodontic Department for the past 10 years. One of his areas of interest is related to the biomechanics of TAD (Miniscrew) assisted anchorage in orthodontics. He recieved his dental training at the University of Iowa and his orthodontic training at the University of Michigan.
