Dr. Mihee Hong DDS, PhD

Dr. Mihee Hong graduated from the college of dentistry at Seoul National University and had her orthodontic residency and master degree at the department of Orthodontics, University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA and achieved ABO diplomate in 2012. She has returned to Korea and achieved her Ph.D. degrees regarding “accuracy of artificial intelligence-assisted landmark identification in serial lateral cephalograms” and “a self-assessment system for assuring the quality of orthodontic treatment outcome” in a row. Currently, she is an associated professor in the department of orthodontics, Kyungpook National University in Daegu, Korea. She is one of the chairpersons for Korean Association of Orthodontists, and serves as vice president for Korean Society of Digital Orthodontists and Korean cleft lip and palate Association. Developing clear aligner platform with clinical trials is her on-going research topic.
