Dr. Mihee Hong DDS, MS, PhD

Dr. Mihee Hong is an associate professor in the department of orthodontics at Kyungpook National University, a leading school of orthodontic microimplants. She was a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics from 2012-2022. She received her training and Master’s degree at the University of the Pacific in the U.S.A. and finished her Ph.D. at Seoul National University in Korea. She has been working on the “Development of Artificial Intelligence- and Patient-Based Clear Orthodontic Treatment Platform” for the last five years. Her research interests are TADs, 3D diagnosis, and 3D direct-printed clear aligners. She serves for Korean Association of Orthodontists and Korean Society of Digital Orthodontists.
