Dr. Mitchell R. Levine DMD, MS
Dr. Mitchell Levine is associate professor of orthodontics at Saint Louis University and is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Board of Orthodontics. He is adjunct faculty at Tufts University and currently president of the American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is a reviewer for the Angle Orthodontist, AJODO, Orthodontics and Craniofacial Research, and the Journal Of Dental Sleep Medicine.
