
Dr. Mohamed I. Masoud BDS, DMSc
Dr. Mohamed I. Masoud completed his orthodontic specialty training at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2006. He earned his Doctorate degree from Harvard and was awarded the Harry Sicher award by the American Association of Orthodontics, as well as the Joseph Henry Award for clinical and research excellence by Harvard in 2007. He has been a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics since 2007 and a member of the Angle Society since 2011. He has also served as a clinical examiner for the American Board of Orthodontics and the Angle Society. Dr. Masoud was the director of the orthodontic program at Harvard from 2013 to 2020, and currently practices in Falls Church VA and teaches part time as an associate professor at The Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA and the The Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. His research interests focuses on the development of technological advances aimed at improving orthodontic care and applying them to every day practice.
