Dr. Mohammed Elnagar DDS, MS, PhD

Dr. Mohammed H. Elnagar is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and Director of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He completed his joint PhD in Oral Health Sciences and Orthodontic Specialty training at UIC and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Elnagar leads the development of AI algorithms for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning and has received multiple awards, including the 2023 Burstone-Indiana Biomechanics Award. He has published extensively and lectures internationally on AI, digital orthodontics, skeletal anchorage, and surgical orthodontics.
