Dr. Krishnaswamy is the vice-dean, professor and head of the Department of Orthodontics at Ragas Dental College and Hospital in Chennai, India. He also maintains a private orthodontic practice in Chennai. He has published extensively, has given over 150 presentations, and has lectured to members of orthodontic societies in several countries. He was presented the 'Dewel' award by the AAO in 2013. He has served as president of the Indian Orthodontic Society and chairman of the Indian Board of Orthodontics.
