Dr. Paolo Manzo graduated cum laude in Dentistry in 1997, with a thesis on occlusion and posture correlations review. After graduation, he followed a training program focused on both traditional and lingual orthodontics. In 2004, he obtained his Specialist in Orthodontics certificate with honors. Then in 2007, he earned a PhD in Oral Sciences from the University of Naples “Federico II”. From 2008 to 2016, he was Visiting Professor at the University of Naples "Federico II". He’s currently Visiting Professor at the University of Ferrara and University of Trieste. He is a member of the Italian Board of Orthodontics (I.B.O.) from 2007, of the European Board of Orthodontics (E.B.O.) from 2011, of the European Board of Lingual Orthodontics (E.B.L.O.) from 2014 and European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry from 2022. He is a member of the Angle Society of Europe. He was President of the Italian Academy of Orthodontics (AIdOR) in 2020, President of the Leading Alliance Society from 2016-2019, Board Member of the European Federation of Orthodontics from 2011-2016 and he is a Co-Founder of the European Academy of Digital Dentistry. He has lectured worldwide at courses, masters, and congresses on a wide range of topics including: interdisciplinary treatments, lingual orthodontics, torque management and finishing, biomechanics and skeletal anchorage, II class malocclusions and Artificial Intelligence in orthodontics and interdisciplinary treatments monitoring. He published several papers in international peer-reviewed journals. He started his own private practice in 2000 in Frattamaggiore, Naples. His clinical work is limited to orthodontics and cranio-mandibular disorders and, through the coordination of his multidisciplinary team, he can manage interdisciplinary and complex treatments.
