Dr. Ramzi Haddad DDS, MS

Dr. Ramzi Haddad is a full time Associate Professor at the division of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the American University of Beirut and previously a visiting professor at Montpellier and Dijon Universities, France. He is a licensed orthodontist in Lebanon and France. Dr Haddad earned his dental degree (DDS) and a Graduate Diploma in Oral Biology from the Lebanese University and completed a postgraduate residency in Orthodontics at AUBMC combined with an advanced Diploma in Orthodontics from the Lebanese University. He holds a Master of Sciences in Human Morphology from AUB’s Faculty of Medicine, and completed a Master in Laser Dentistry from Aachen University, Germany. Dr. Haddad is the immediate past-president of the Lebanese Orthodontic Society, current board member representing the Middle East /Africa region at the Executive Board of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO), WFO Councillor, International Ambassador at the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Vice-president of the International College of Dentists-Middle East Section, and an active member in several International and Local societies, specifying: Angle Orthodontics Society-Eastern component, USA, the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) and the European Orthodontic Society. Dr. Haddad has lectured in several local and international meetings. His academic portfolio includes numerous scientific publications in peer international journals, in addition of being an editorial board member and a reviewer of several of these journals.
