Scott Hansen is the founder and CEO of LeadSigma, an AI-powered patient communication platform designed specifically for orthodontic practices. Prior to founding LeadSigma, Scott helped scale his family’s orthodontic practice into an Inc. 5000-recognized business and later built ProfessionalChats, a virtual reception platform that grew to 150 employees before being acquired by Ruby. His companies have collectively managed over $5 billion in new patient production, giving him rare insight into the intersection of technology, patient behavior, and practice profitability. Today, Scott works with hundreds of orthodontic practices and OSOs across the country, helping them leverage AI and automation to streamline operations, improve patient experience, and drive sustainable growth.
