Dr. Seung-Hak Baek DDS, MSD, PhD

Dr. Seung-Hak Baek was trained in Department of Orthodontics, Seoul National University Hospital and earned a PhD from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea. He is Professor, Department of Orthodontics, School of Dentistry, Seoul National University; immediate past President of Korean Association of Orthodontists; and Past President of Korean Cleft lip and Palate Association. In addition, he is a member of Editorial Review Board of Angle Orthodontist, a Peer reviewer of AJO-DO, EJO and other journals, and an Associate Editor in Orthodontic Craniofacial Research and AJODO-Clinical Companion. He received a 2009 CDABO Case report of the year in Boston AAO meeting and gave presentations in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2023, and 2024 AAO meetings. He published more than 200 articles in prestigious orthodontic and surgical journals and around 50 books. His subspecialty is diagnosis and treatment of Class III malocclusion, cleft and craniofacial anomalies, and artificial intelligence.
