Dr. Somchai Satravaha DDS, Dr. med. dent.

Clinical Assoc. Prof. Somchai Satravaha received DDS (Hons) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and earned Zahnärztin für Kieferorthopädie ( Baden-Württemberg, Germany), and Dr. med. dent. (Magna Cum Laude) (Munich, Germany). She had been from 2005-2015 an executive committee member of World Federation of Orthodontists. She is a past president of Thai Association of Orthodontists, a past president of Asian Pacific Orthodontic Society, and a past chair of Asia Pacific Foundation of Research and Education. She is a Diplomate, Thai Board of Orthodontics and a clinical associate professor at Mahidol University. She has been the president of Thai Association of Orthodontists' Mobile Orthodontic Unit for Cleft lip/palate patients since 2010. She maintains a private practice in Bangkok, Thailand. She has lectured extensively both domestic and international. She lectured at various meetings such as AAO, APOC, WEOC, Aozora Seminar, Japan Association of Adult Orthodontics, German Orthodontic Society, and at scientific meetings of APOS affiliated associations/societies. She received the Regional Award of Merit from World Federation of Orthodontists in 2018.
