Thomas F. Mulligan DDS, MSD
Dr. Thomas Mulligan received his D.D.S. degree from Marquette University in 1960 and his M.S.D. degree from Indiana University in 1962 following completion of his orthodontic training. In addition to holding numerous offices both in dentistry and in civic affairs, Dr. Mulligan received several awards in orthodontics including the first Robert Strang Award, the Jarabak Scholar Award, and the Award of Merit from the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics. Having published numerous articles both home and abroad as well as contributing book chapters for other authors, Dr. Mulligan has published three books of his own, the latest being "Common Sense in Everyday Orthodontics II." In addition, he has produced several audio-cassette albums for office courses given for 23 years.
