Ms. Tracy Martin

Tracy Martin is the founder of Straight Consulting, specializing in orthodontic practice management. With over 17 years of experience in ortho offices, from start-ups to DSOs, Tracy served in every team position, ultimately excelling as a Treatment Coordinator at one of the highest volume, most progressive offices in the Northwest. In 2015, she launched Straight Wire Consulting to share her expertise in building high-performing orthodontic offices across North America. The business later rebranded as Straight Consulting, where Tracy and her partners now work with orthodontic teams to redesign traditional ortho processes to better-serve Millennials, Gen Z & Gen Alpha, both as patients and as employees. Outside of her on-site work with doctors and teams around the world, Tracy leads TC & Marketing Mastery Courses to create elite sales & marketing coordinators, offers virtual training, and hosts an orthodontic online talk show. Known for adapting best industry practices to each client, she brings a fresh millennial perspective without a "one size fits all" approach. Tracy is also a speaker at orthodontic meetings, study clubs, boot camps, and webinars. Based in Dallas, TX, her clients are located throughout the US, Canada, Australia & The UK.
