What are the Virtual Conference Times?

Virtual Conference CE

The virtual Winter Conference is eligible for up to 16.75 CE. 30-Day Replay gives all eligible registered virtual attendees 30 days of complimentary online access to livestreamed session recordings*, handouts, evaluations, CE certificates, transcripts, and more. This complimentary online access will expire on February 25, 2025. Evaluations open 15 minutes prior to the close of each CE session. To complete your session evaluations and earn CE prior to February 25, 2025:

  1. Click HERE to access the virtual event
  2. Log into the virtual event website, if necessary
  3. Click the 'Evaluations & CE Certificates' page in the event's menu
  4. Find the session you attended, and select the 'Take Evaluation' button
  5. A 'Print Certificate' button appears that allows you to print a CE certificate for the session
    1. Use the 'Print Transcript' button at the top of the 'Evaluations & CE Certificates' page to print one transcript for all evaluated sessions

What Device Can I Use to Access the Livestream?

The event livestream can be accessed by most mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. However, we strongly recommend using a desktop computer or laptop with a hardline internet connection for best performance and experience.

System Compatibility Checker

Before attending the live event, be sure to check your system’s compatibility with the live broadcasting platform. This will ensure that you have all the proper items required for accessing the live event. Click on the 'System Checker' page in the event's menu. Be sure to apply necessary updates to your system for items that fail before the live event.

Launching an Online Session

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access your livestreamed session(s) click the 'Conference Schedule' or 'My Itinerary' pages in the event's menu and use the Session Filters to locate and select your desired session(s). 

Accessing and Downloading Handouts

To access all currently available event materials, click the 'Handouts' page in the event's menu. Check back frequently for updated materials. You will also be able to access materials in the 'Resources' area during the live sessions.

This Continuing Education Program provides attendees with a relevant and rewarding continuing education experience. The American Association of Orthodontists is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual lectures or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

The American Association of Orthodontists designates this activity for a maximum number of 16.75 continuing education credits. Credits are awarded on actual attendance at individual sessions.

Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at www.ada.org/CERP.

Cancellations/Refunds

Requests for registration cancellation/refunds must be received in writing, including name and registration email address, and sent to the attention of Sarah Dvorak via e-mail at sdvorak@aaortho.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received January 1 through February 10. Requests received after February 10 (15 days after conference) will not be approved.

Refunds will not be available once registrant has logged into virtual event.
