The lifetime protection of personal assets, such as homes and retirement plans, is a key concern of many dentists. Effective asset protection requires the timely implementation of the proper legal technique and the well-informed operation of such strategy – and does not involve hiding assets, committing fraud or perjury, or engaging in fraudulent transactions. This seminar will highlight available statutory exemptions, traditional planning techniques and advanced estate planning instruments as a means by which to legitimately protect assets from future potential creditors.
