Improving the smile is one of the most important treatment objectives in orthodontics. But clinical options to correct the "reverse smile" in adult Skeletal Class III patients, especially during camouflage treatment, is limited. The speaker will introduce proper diagnosis and clinical management tips including vertical control through clockwise rotation of the mandible, A-P control along with segmental movement, and application of unique extraction schemes that can be applied to improve the reverse smile in adults skeletal Class IIIs will be discussed.
