Leadership is not defined by a box on an organizational chart. Leadership can occur anywhere within an office and organization, and is fulfilled through humility, service, vision, inspiration, and action. It requires one to set an example and inspire others to follow. Leaders must be focused on helping their teammates succeed individually and collectively. It requires consistency and integrity to achieve your goals through alignment, clear vision, and pathway to achieving goals set and shared by all.
