Molar Protraction & Impacted Third Molar

With the development of TADs, a large amount of molar protraction became possible. If the 2nd molar is protracted when the 1st molar is damaged, there is room for the 3rd molar. Even an impacted 3rd molar can be used by pulling it into this space. This treatment allows patients to repair the missing space with their own natural teeth, not prosthetics or implants, if their molars are missing.
