Session 1: RECORDS
Orthodontic records are a collection of diagnostic records, x-rays, photos and films that orthodontists keep for all patients. They provide a detailed picture of oral health status, including tooth position, tooth health, gum health, and the relationship between teeth and jaws.

HIPAA is frustrating red tape in orthodontic offices more so than any other practice. You’ve got divorced parents, multiple caregivers dropping off kids, kids that turn 18 but aren’t financially independent and navigating all of those intricate dynamics in line with HIPAA can just plain suck. This session will clarify what you can do and what you should do.
