Facial esthetics is a factor in the decision of combining Orthodontics and Orthognatic Surgery. Proper diagnosis and treatment mechanics for these cases will be presented. In today’s setting many of these patients get plastic surgery adjunct procedures. Treatment protocol and timing will be presented in different settings.

Understand how orthodontics combines with the complete landscape of orthofacial surgery that is a combination of orthognathic surgery, plastic surgery, lipo transference and other adjunct procedures.
