Part 1 of Partnerships, Acquisitions, Associates, OH MY! (1.25 CE) of this course will discuss (1) how to acquire a practice, (2) properly bring in an associate and protect your patient base and (3) how to plan for either a partial sale or a full transition of your dental practice. We will evaluate trends in the industry, valuations, legal structure of practice acquisitions, timing of sale, and more. Partnership models and lease/real estate concerns relative to practice acquisitions or sales will be touched upon.
