Dr. Moschos A. Papadopoulos DDS, DrMedDent

Dr. Papadopoulos is professor, chairman, and program director at the Department of Orthodontics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He is honorary editor of the "Hellenic Orthodontic Review", has served as assistant editor of the "World Journal of Orthodontics", has served as a member of the editorial board or referee in 47 journals. He has received several distinctions including the Joseph E. Johnson Clinical Award in 2009, the Turpin Award for Evidence-Based Research in 2013 from the American Association of Orthodontists and the “Regional Award of Merit” from the World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr. Papadopoulos' clinical and research interests include noncompliance orthodontic treatment, use of miniscrew implants as temporary anchorage devices in orthodontic treatment, and evidence-based orthodontics. Dr. Papadopoulos has written three books, has published more than 215 scientific publications, and has presented more than 390 lectures, courses and papers worldwide.
