Dr. Jacqueline Huggins PhD

Jacqueline Huggins, PhD is an Interdisciplinary Scientist and Consultant. She’s passionate about working with leaders and staff from hierarchical or matrixed organizations—helping them know what and how to think so they are building out successful infrastructure; coaching and developing their people well and making operational and strategic decisions that move things forward. She engages in thought partnerships with new and experienced executive and C-Suite leaders to strategize and grow the bench strength of organizations. She advises leaders on how to translate what they “know” into what they “know how” to do exceptionally well to achieve business goals.

Dr. Huggins has held many roles in various industries, which provides her with a unique value set that organizations can leverage. From Assistant Professor, Director of Organizational Development and Learning; Industry and Scientific Researcher—she uses her expertise in psychosocial rhetoric, cognition science; strategic and operational leadership to communicate with clarity, precision, brevity and focus while getting at meaning and value in a way that is actionable and helpful. She has worked with the U.S Chamber of Commerce, Automotive Retailers, Law Enforcement Agencies, Entertainment Studios, Medical Technology Organizations, Government Agencies, Universities, and with a host of individuals and teams.
