Overview

Running a successful orthodontic practice requires strong business acumen. If you're aspiring or preparing for private practice ownership, this webinar offers a practical, high-level overview of the six key areas of practice management that every new practice owner must understand: Marketing, Human Resource Management, Customer Service, Treatment Coordination, Leadership & Teamwork, and Management Systems.
