3D Treatment of Transversal & Sagittal Maxillary Hypoplasia in Adults & Young Adult Patients: Is There Only One way?

Around 60% of Dr. Pérez Varela's patients are adults and young adults and a significant percentage of them have skeletal malocclusions. 25% percent of them have a transversal and sagital maxillary hypoplasia. He will present cases with different treatment alternatives including a new protocol with local anesthesia and sedation and minimal invasive procedures using 3D technology. In some of them he used 3D technology to develop a bone supported customized expander with bicortical engament and surgical guides to set the TADS.
