AAO Annual Session 2024 - Lily’s Story: One Patient’s Orthodontic Journey from Lead Acquisition to Brand Ambassador!
Meet Lily. Lily is a remarkable young lady whose family chose us for her Orthodontic care to correct her Class II malocclusion. Not only was she a delightful patient, but, unbeknownst to me, she also chronicled her 13 month treatment with a now viral Before and After video on TikTok. The lessons that I learned from her, her family, and her treatment have changed the way I view the power of Orthodontics, the importance of clinical excellence and efficiency, the world of social media, and our incredibly unique ability to give people the confidence they need to achieve everything they deserve in life. This one of a kind presentation will take you on a real life journey through every aspect of the Orthodontic patient experience through the eyes, mind, and heart of an amazing 13 year old!
