Our patients come to us for alignment of their crowns, but quite often the mechanism that we use to align crowns is greatly influenced by root and apical positioning relative to the crowns. Apical positions can be favorable, unfavorable or neutral to malocclusion correction. Accelerating some types of treatments while greatly hampering others.
