This session will give a description of different expansion methods/protocols, including different styles of appliances and their effects on airway and posture. It will also describe these effects on different age groups. Data of patients treated with tooth-anchored expanders, bone-borne anchored expanders or braces alone will be presented to show these effects. The sample presented range from mixed dentition to adult permanent dentition.
