Monitoring Team Performance: A Key to Practice Success
Date
April 23, 2023
Our team members are key to the success of our practices. As doctors and office managers, we need to be able to objectively monitor the performance of our team members. Creating easily quantifiable goals for key tasks for both clinical and non-clinical positions gives us a guide for monitoring performance of individual team members. In this presentation, Dr. Depew will discuss indicators that can be tracked in order to hold employees, or groups of employees, accountable for their work. Giving appropriate feedback and correction to team members based on these assessments helps motivate them into helping your practice grow, while continuing to give excellent customer service and clinical care. You will leave this lecture with a firm understanding of how to assess how well your team members are completing their tasks, and tools to implement a system to do so.
