Ms. Laura Cafik-Martin CDAII

Laura Cafik-Martin, CDAII, Align TC Faculty; bringing 25 years’ experience in multiple disciplines in the dental and orthodontic fields. She started her career as a Certified Dental Assistant working for two General Dental Practices before joining Orthodontist Dr. Willy Dayan as his Treatment Coordinator in 2003. During their 17 years together, the two collaborated and developed a unique communication and presentation style that exceeded all expectations. Ms. Cafik-Martin brings a proven track record of increasing Invisalign® sales by merging hospitality with the orthodontic world. Over her career, Laura has created highly effective techniques to educate clients to better understand the importance of orthodontics and embrace excellent oral health. Laura began lecturing in 2014, sharing her expert experience in sales, education, aligner therapy, and hospitality with the orthodontic community. She quickly became recognized for her enthusiastic teaching methods. Laura has been a popular speaker at the AAO, Invisalign Summit, Align Study Clubs, and Corporate Events Globally. In June 2019, Laura founded Cafik Martin Coaching – offering niche orthodontic consulting and training services for dental/orthodontic teams, specializing in Invisalign products. Her business acumen, combined with her motivational skills and techniques, has led to her success as a results-oriented mentor in all aspects of orthodontic practice.
